Asian Automotive Distribution Center (AADC) is a rapidly growing company originating from the PTH Holding Group, one of the largest and most versatile entities in the Polish automotive market. The establishment of AADC is the result of PTH Group’s strategic growth, which, in response to the increasing demand for Asian car brands in Poland, invested in a specialized unit responsible for the import, distribution, and expansion of the sales network for vehicles from this region.

Building on the success of importing the Korean SsangYong / KGM brand, the AADC Group has expanded its operations to launch new brands on the polish market, such as BAIC, Forthing, DFSK and KOVE motorcycles. The dynamic growth of our company was made possible by the dedication and professionalism of our team. We invest in both human capital and business environment, ensuring sustainable development. Innovation and Sustainable Development
The AADC Group focuses on introducing more economical and environmentally friendly vehicles to the market, including hybrid and electric models, to meet the growing demand for sustainable mobility solutions. Our collaboration with EuropeGas allows us to offer advanced Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) systems that integrate seamlessly with ICE engines in our model range. This enables us to promote liquefied gas-powered solutions that not only help reduce CO2 emissions but also meet manufacturer standards, maintaining full warranty coverage. Our approach aligns with global automotive trends, attracting new customers and strengthening our market position.
Import Strategy
The AADC Group is actively developing plans to import Chinese car brands into the Polish market. This is part of the group’s broader strategy to diversify its offerings and introduce new, often niche brands that can find their place in Poland's rapidly evolving automotive sector. With our experience in developing the SsangYong brand in Poland, AADC has the necessary expertise to effectively manage and promote new brands.
The AADC Group emerged from the PTH Group, one of the main players in the Polish automotive market, with a history dating back to the early days of Poland’s economic transformation. The PTH Group includes companies such as Polmozbyt Toruń Holding S.A., Polmozbyt Południe S.A., and Auto Sp. z o.o.
As one of the oldest and largest automotive groups in Poland, the PTH Group brings together companies affiliated with Polmozbyt Toruń Holding S.A. Founded in 1974, the group continues the automotive traditions that began in the 1950s. During the economic transformation following 1989, the PTH Group played a pivotal role in the development of the Polish automotive market, increasing vehicle accessibility and introducing modern automotive services.

In southern Poland, the merger of three enterprises—Techniczna Obsługa Samochodów Okręgu Krakowskiego, Przedsiębiorstwo Państwowe „Motozbyt,” and Przedsiębiorstwo Techniczno-Handlowe „Polmo-Behamot”—resulted in the establishment of State Enterprise „Polmozbyt” in Kraków.
For the AADC Group, a key component of the strategy is to develop a strong and extensive sales network, which facilitates the efficient distribution of imported vehicles and provides comprehensive after-sales service. The Group operates a central warehouse that supports the swift and effective delivery of spare parts, along with specialized service points staffed by highly qualified professionals. This approach ensures not only operational efficiency but also high-quality customer service, reinforcing AADC’s position in the automotive market.
